About the Content Entry Contractor Position
We’re seeking a Content Entry Contractor with Optimizely experience to support the launch of a new website. This is a contract role ideal for a senior-level resource (4–5 years of experience) who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
You will use a content mapping spreadsheet to guide entry into the new Optimizely CMS. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset are key to success in this role. We’re looking for someone who can maintain clear documentation, stay organized, and communicate progress or blockers in a timely manner.
Location: Remote work is acceptable, but candidates must be based in Montreal or Boston.
Responsibilities:

  • Enter and organize content in Optimizely CMS based on a provided content map
  • Maintain documentation and update status as content is entered
  • Collaborate with internal teams and the client to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Ask clarifying questions when needed and provide timely feedback
  • Perform quality checks to ensure formatting and structure are consistent with site guidelines

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of professional experience in content entry or digital production roles
  • Hands-on experience working with Optimizely CMS is required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear and proactive communication skills
  • Based in Montreal or Boston
