Big Commerce B2B Architect (contract role)

Verndale has an immediate need for a BigCommerce B2B Architect for a contracto position that will be 40 hours per week and run through the end of this year.

The BigCommerce B2B Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable B2B commerce solutions on the BigCommerce platform.

Responsibilities include:

Creating technical architectures, leading solution design workshops, integrating BigCommerce with ERP/CRM systems, and ensuring best practices for scalability, security, and performance.

The role requires deep expertise in B2B eCommerce workflows (custom catalogs, pricing, ordering, account hierarchies), API integration, and front-end customization.

Experience Required: Proven track record in developing and deploying BigCommerce B2B solutions, with hands-on experience in B2B Buyer Portal deployment to Vercel or Azure.

Compensation & Benefits

$100 - $130 per hour
In accordance with applicable law, the above salary range provided is Verndale's reasonable estimate of the  salary for this role. The actual amount may vary, based on non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. In addition to salary, Verndale also offers a competitive benefits package.
