About the People Engagement Coordinator position
We are looking for a People Engagement Coordinator to help create a thriving, inclusive, and engaging workplace. In this role, you will develop and execute initiatives that enhance employee experience, strengthen company culture, and promote a sense of belonging across our global team. You will be responsible for driving engagement through meaningful interactions through the entire employee lifecycle including onboarding, recognition programs and social activities. You’ll also help build a strong employer brand by creating engaging content and managing our social media channels.
Success in this role requires passion for people, strong project management skills, creativity, high attention to detail and a deep understanding of employee engagement best practices. You will work closely with teams across the organization to ensure team members feel connected, valued, and aligned with our company values.

Responsibilities
- Community & Belonging: Plan and oversee online and in-person initiatives that foster a strong sense of community and company culture, including social events and team-building activities.
- Onboarding Experience: Enhance the new hire experience by ensuring a warm welcome, organizing onboarding engagement initiatives, designing and assembling valued welcome kits and supporting long-term integration into the company.
- Rewards & Recognition: Manage and promote company-wide recognition programs that celebrate contributions, milestones and achievements to enhance morale, and reinforce company values.
- Employer Branding: Build and maintain a strong and measurable employer brand by creating content (graphics, videos, etc), coordinating social media presence and managing our swag inventory to promote our culture internally and externally.
- Internal Communications: Develop and execute internal communication strategies that promote transparency, alignment, and engagement across the company.
- Internal Initiatives: Execute initiatives that drive employee engagement and fosters an inclusive workplace.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Employee Engagement, Human Resources, Employer Branding, Hospitality and Tourism, or related fields.
- Dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a strong passion for engaging with people, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent time management skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to own and organize multiple initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced English Level
- Ability to create social media content with Figma, Canva or similar visual design tools
- Experience with event planning, internal communications, and social media management.
- Ability to manage initiative and event budgets, ensuring cost-effective and impactful engagement programs.
- Passion for building strong company cultures and driving employee engagement.
- A data-driven ability to measure engagement success through multiple KPIs including employee retention, surveys, social media metrics, etc.
- Familiarity with rewards & recognition platforms, eNPS, pulse surveys, and employee feedback tools is a plus.
