We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team focusing on end-to-end recruitment across North America, LATAM and Canada. This role goes beyond traditional recruiting, you’ll serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to hiring managers, driving a structured and insight-led hiring process while optimizing systems, metrics, and candidate experience.
You’ll work across various departments and seniority levels, guiding hiring managers with confidence, using your instinct and data to make smart decisions, and leveraging AI and recruiting technology to operate efficiently at scale.

About the Talent Acquisition Specialist role
We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team focusing on end-to-end recruitment across North America, LATAM and Canada. This role goes beyond traditional recruiting, you’ll serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to hiring managers, driving a structured and insight-led hiring process while optimizing systems, metrics, and candidate experience.
You’ll work across various departments and seniority levels, guiding hiring managers with confidence, using your instinct and data to make smart decisions, and leveraging AI and recruiting technology to operate efficiently at scale.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the full-cycle recruiting process: intake meetings, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, and managing offers.
- Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, guiding them through the recruitment process, helping scope roles, and leading decision-making with clarity and structure.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for all things recruiting, acting as advisor to hiring managers throughout the process.
- Maintain and optimize the ATS, ensuring clean workflows, updated records, and actionable insights.
- Use recruitment metrics to report progress, identify blockers, and inform leadership.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve sourcing, candidate screening, and administrative tasks.
- Conduct market and compensation research to inform competitive salary ranges and hiring recommendations.
- Confidently source and engage passive candidates using networking, reference checks, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches.
- Schedule interviews, follow up on feedback, and keep candidates and hiring teams aligned and informed.
- 4–6 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment,
- Strong understanding of recruiting operations, workflows, and ATS systems (Rippling is a big plus).
- Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and creative sourcing techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate with stakeholders at all levels, from team leads to executives.
- Comfortable using and interpreting data and metrics to drive performance and decision-making.
- Experience applying or experimenting with AI recruiting tools
- Detail-oriented and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
- Experience conducting compensation research and advising on appropriate salary ranges
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a must, French is a plus
