About the Sr. Experience Designer (Contract)
Sr. Experience Designers are key members of multifunctional teams researching and designing digital experiences for brands across a variety of verticals. They work closely with Managing Leads and are principally responsible for comps, wireframes, functional prototypes, presentation materials and high-level site architectures. The ideal Sr. Experience Designer candidate is versatile and flexible in their thinking: qualities that indicate they will make strong problem-solvers and role-players on cross-functional teams working on tight timelines. Successful Sr. Experience Designers have learned to anticipate the needs of their team and always lead by example, receiving and executing creative direction professionally and expertly.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, or commensurate experience, required.
  • 2-3 years of related work experience.
  • Fully proficient in a variety of UX and design software used to create launch-ready digital assets.
  • Demonstrates a growing expertise in commonly used rapid prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Webfow) including familiarity with advanced features.
  • Creates materials clearly illustrating reasoning, evidence, and conclusions.
  • Understands the fundamental technical considerations related to delivering launch-ready digital assets.
  • Capable of drawing well-reasoned conclusions from evidence and logic. Assesses the strength of arguments and identifies potential consequences.
  • Demonstrates the ability to analyze complex information and identify patterns and relationships. • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with JS frameworks (e.g., Node.js, React, Vue) considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with latest WCAG considered a plus
